The operations are based overseas they log in to our cloud-based server which is hosted in Sydney to work on the applications. Thus, though the team members are overseas they work in a safe and controlled environment and no data is transferred to them.

Thumb impression-based access, 24/7 CCTV, and no smartphones allowed inside the office, the team is provided with private storage (lockers) at the reception to leave all their belongings, which is a typical BPO setup.

- No physical servers, all servers are hosted on the cloud. The USBs are disabled including the D drive, thus clients’ personal information cannot be downloaded.
- All the emails are monitored (team members cannot send emails to outside domains)
- No printers, it is not even installed, and all websites are blacklisted which means they can’t access any websites, they have to log into your server or AccSource AWS server to work on
